RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: 
We reserve the right to refuse any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows or any situation we deem appropriate. 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We require a credit card to reserve appointments for all clients. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a 24 hour notice. A $25 fee will be charged to the card on file for appointments cancelled under 24 hours. A $50 fee will be charged to the card on file for all no call/no show appointments. Late arrivals will be taken on a case by case basis, in order to honor the next guest’s appointment time. 
REDO/REFUND POLICY:
No refunds are offered for services. Please know that in certain situations, your desired look may take more than one session. In this event, your stylist will verbalize that during your appointment. If you are not satisfied with your results, you must call our front desk within 5 days of your original appointment. We do not offer adjustments after 7 days.
